Committee work

The European Parliament has 20 committees, which cover all the EU’s areas of competency. Monthly two weeks are available for committee and delegation meetings (you can find the annual work programme of the EP in Plenary sitting section – committee meetings are marked with blue, delegation meetings with pink colour).

Personally I am member of two committees – Committee on Employment and Social Affairs and Committee on Women’s Rights and Gender Equality - and substitute (I am also taking part in the work but cannot vote) in a third committee – Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.
